Have an image of a Pizza one slice cut out which would would represent the 1 person that is dead. Another slice with all of the toppings picked off, would represent 15 would be undernourished. The last slice would represent the 21 people that would be overweight by having all of the meat toppings on the slice.
15 would be undernourished.
